We are seeking a reliable and efficient Full-Time (minimum of 30 hours per week) Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing techniques, particularly in the tourism sector.
Job descriptions:
- Conduct research to identify tourism market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and tourism services across various channels.
- Enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistency in promotional materials.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including travel agencies and influencers, to expand the company’s network.
- Manage the marketing-related online presence, with a focus on SEO analysis, optimization, and marketing strategies
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Analyze customer feedback and reviews to improve services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends to keep the company competitive.
- Bachelor or above qualification relating to marketing and management is mandatory. Alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience may substitute the formal qualification.
- Capable of planning and executing marketing activities, with knowledge in both digital and offline channels.
- Familiarity with general marketing tools and techniques.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple tasks.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
