The Role:

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team in managing our fleet of Retail and Wholesale contractors.

Your expertise in contract compliance, accounts reconciliations and customer feedback reporting will be key in supporting our team of Service Delivery Managers.

This is a busy and varied role so you will need to be resilient under pressure!

Having excellent relationship management skills will allow you to build rapport and gain trust with all internal and external stakeholders across our business.
