As an experienced Parts Specialist with Truckstops Blenheim you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking advice on aftermarket parts, as well as providing support to our service technicians within the workshop. Your focus will be to understand their needs and deliver the right parts, in a timely manner, while keeping them updated on any changes and delays. You will also nurture existing customer relationships, identify and secure new clients and seek opportunity for growth through value-added sales.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to build and maintain customer relations, and exceed customer expectations.
• Experience in parts such as procurement, product knowledge, stock management, upselling and cross selling, invoicing etc.
• Able to identify, implement and drive Continuous Improvement within the Parts Department.
• Passionate about Health & Safety and not afraid to challenge breaches.
