About the Role and Responsibilities
Continental Cars - Volkswagen is looking for an experienced Service Adviser to manage customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service. To organise the loading of the workshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity. To carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop. To accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards.
To be successful in this role, you must:

Have proven, current experience in a similar role
Be Impeccable time management and organisational skills
Excellent computer literacy and experience with inhouse systems
Have a passion for customer service
Have Filing and Administration tasks skills
Have an eagerness to learn
Have a clean full driver's license

Hours of work
This is a full-time role 47.5 Hours a week, Monday to Friday to be worked between the hours of 6:00 to 18:00 with rostered Saturdays. However, general working hours are usually from 8:00 to 17:30. Continental Car Services is offering the right candidate a competitive salary plus a monthly bonus, and company vehicle in a stable and secure employment environment.
