- Coordinating with staff on issues related to the organization’s operations.
- Conducting research and preparing reports, briefing papers, memos, correspondence, and other routine documents.
- Managing confidential files and documents.
- Attending meetings and performing secretarial duties as needed.
- Managing appointment schedules and arranging travel.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, organizing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Screening phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Taking dictation and transcribing letters and other documents.
- May oversee the work of other secretarial and clerical staff.
- At least three years of relevant experience or
- Relevant NZQF Diploma or above qualification
- Physically fit with a clear criminal record
