About the role

Reporting to our Group Head of Product Development, you will bring expertise to deliver our Infant Nutrition program and projects across multiple markets.
Responsibilities

• Leading and driving end-to-end delivery and technical development of new infant nutritional powder projects to agreed timelines,
• Provide technical and formulation guidance for all new products,
• Developing the technical brief, ensuring formulations and ingredients comply with relevant market regulatory requirements.
• Approval of ingredient lists, NIPS, and development of finished product specifications.
• Working in conjunction with the Science, Regulatory and Nutrition teams, to develop opportunities around new ingredients and technology.

Skills & Experience

• Senior Technologist with a minimum of 5+ years record of accomplishments of developing and delivering infant nutrition & nutritional powder products.
• Degree qualified in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or other related science degree.
• Experience in the formulation, development & delivery of dairy-based infant nutrition & nutritional powders across multiple markets, including China.
• An ability to provide technical advice and expertise on new ingredients, emerging technologies, product formulation & production scale-up.
• A record of accomplishment of product delivery, analytical and problem solving and delivering outcomes with agility.
• A mindset to challenge the status quo.
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• An ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Strong attention to detail.
