Job description

The Director that will focuses on a wide variety of projects across New Zealand covering a board range of asset classes.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of a high performing team and projects across the South Island, take the lead in business development strategies to actively grow the pipeline of projects, this role will also form part of the NZ leadership team.

Excellent leadership skills and and hands on experience in the property and construction industry is must, along with:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a can-do attitude
Strong leaderships skills with the ability to manage a high performing team
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
