An opportunity has become available for a motivated Property Manager to join their tight-knit team in Napier.

With a recent change of ownership, Quinovic Napier is quickly becoming the property management company of choice for many and is a leading office (based on client satisfaction survey results).

We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated, well-presented applicant. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential so we're seeking someone who is confident working in an ever-changing environment, can think on their feet and has a "no job too small" attitude. It is essential that you enjoy helping people, with communication as a key. Whilst industry training and support will be provided, you will need a solid work history, as well as strong customer service and computer skills on which to build on.

Key skills and attributes include:

• Prior Property Management experience (preferred but not essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• A current, clean full drivers’ licence
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels
• The ability to multitask and cope well under pressure in an ever-changing environment
• Maturity, personal integrity, sound judgement
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative
