Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role:
In this role, you will get to be part of our Career Firefighter Recruitment team where you will be a key player. You will support the team with tasks such as candidate screening, being involved in assessment activities, interview scheduling, behind the scenes reporting and organising reference checking. You will also get the opportunity to work on assigned recruitment related projects and activities as required.

To thrive in this role, you will be proactive, energetic, a problem solver and able to work in a complex fast paced environment. You will enjoy ensuring that everyone involved in the recruitment process has a great experience and you will revel in working in the continuous improvement space and not be afraid to go the extra mile.
To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will bring:
- Strong administration/coordination experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar recruitment or HR related position is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver a high degree of accuracy and quality
- Proven organisational skills and be self-motivated with the ability to multi task
- Strong problem solving skills, along with a strong customer focus
This is a fixed term role until the end of September 2025.
The salary range for this role is $64,173 to $71,303 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
