About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced NZ registered Renal Physiologist for an exciting opportunity to join our Renal Service team on a part-time, fixed-term basis until June 2025. This role will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and values working alongside nursing and medical professionals in delivering high-quality renal care. Located in Ballantyne House, this position allows for some autonomy, making it ideal for someone who values flexibility and professional independence within a supportive team framework.

About the Team/Service/ Location:
Our Renal Service is dedicated to providing holistic and specialized renal care in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting. Situated in Ballantyne House, our team is committed to clinical excellence and collaborative, patient-centred care.
About you:
Our ideal candidate will bring relevant professional expertise and a dedication to whānau-centred care. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills who can effectively collaborate and work independently within the MDT
- NZ Registered Clinical Physiologist (Renal) with relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth (mandatory)
- Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings. (mandatory)
