Hours: Minimum 40 hours to a maximum 50 hours per week
Little Lamb is a traditional Chinese Hot Pot restaurant offering premium grade lamb and beef dishes. It is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team in Auckland. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and expenses to meet financial goals.
• Inventory Control: Oversee stock management, including ordering and maintaining inventory levels.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Marketing Initiatives: Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager for at least 2 years in New Zealand
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Relevant level 7 qualifications in hospitality or business management preferred.
