Restaurant Manager
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
 Maintaining liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory, and
reordering supplies.
 Hiring and training staff.
 Creating effective schedules.
 Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
 Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
 Supporting owners with the day-to-day operations
 Delivering on sales
 Ensuring customer feedback is positive and working on resolving customer issues.
Applicant must be able to do flexible working hours, including nights, weekends and Public Holidays as the role requires. We have zero tolerance for substance abuse. You must consent to undergo mandatory drug-test and pre-employment police check.
Its a permanent full-time position and will be paid $30-$32 p/hr, depending upon the expeirence. If you meet this criteria, knowledge, and experience, we love to hear from you.
