Duties and Responsibilities:
- Steel structure maintenance, including blasting and painting to SRG Global standards
- Maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and minimising any potential impact on the surrounding environment
- Managing workplace hazards, health and safety, quality, and efficiency according to SRG requirements
- Ensuring that equipment is well maintained, available, operational, and in safe working condition
- Meeting deadlines and advising management of any potential delays
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders
- 2+ years of similar work experience
- Certification in rope access (IRATA), Working at Heights, and EWPs
- Steel Structures maintenance experience (desirable)
- Industrial blast and paint experience in high compliance environments (desirable)
- Great communication skills
- Familiarity and compliance with industry personal protective requirements
- A team player mentality
- Current full NZ drivers license (desirable)
Pre-employment medical testing including a drug and alcohol test will need to be passed and the candidate must have the legal right to live and work in NZ.
