About you:

You'll take real pride in your work and machinery itself. You'll be self-motivated, have excellent problem-solving skills and have a strong work ethic. You will need:

Strong organisation and time management skills, high attention to detail and be able to manage multiple demands and priorities
Previous experience in workshop planning and job processing would be an advantage
A customer service focus, with excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Be self-managing while still being a team player
Be computer literate and competent with all basic Microsoft applications, experience in Dynamics 365 would be beneficial
A background or affinity with agricultural machinery and equipment would be beneficial but not essential

About the Role:

Based at our Distribution Centre in Morrinsville, you will report into the Logistics Manager. This role is a permanent full time position working Monday to Fridays between our core business hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm.This is a varied and dynamic role with overall responsibility for:

Allocating and setting daily work schedules
Managing all job documentation including work orders, outwork requirements etc
Co-ordinating with internal and external customers to ensure timely delivery of machines
Supporting the Assembly Teams in maximising workshop performance and workflow
Managing timecards and Reporting on workshop efficiency
