Mo te tūranga | About the Role
We have an opening for an outstanding Robotics Professional to work across ASB Bank to drive automation in a variety of initiatives and specialist software including Blue Prism and form a world-class automation community.
Our Robotics Engineers are transforming how we automate processes across ASB. They do this by helping us get to grips with business requirements, providing high-level solution design, and guiding the BAs and customer experts to capture their requirements, process steps, objectives and effort estimates.
They interact with other engineers through an Agile delivery approach working closely with our architects and the business to prototype or implement automation solutions aiming to maximise value for our staff and customers.

Mōu |About you
If you're coming from a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) background, we're looking for Blue Prism Professional certified candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in leading and designing solutions using the latest versions of Blue Prism and developing high performing process automated workflows.
We're also interested in candidates with a similar level of experience on alternate solutions like Ui Path or Power Automate who are interested in changing career paths.
Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to participate in design sessions, lead teams, write design documents and tailor your communication style to business and technical audiences.
You'll be passionate about sharing your RPA knowledge with other Robotics Engineers to build their skills and capability across the Practice.
It would be great if you have some of the following skills and experience:
- Analysis, design, development, and deployment of large-scale enterprise process automation in an Agile way or working
- 2+ years RPA development experience working in Financial Services
- Knowledge of a variety of computer programming languages and applications.
