About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service focused individual to lead and implement project-based work, resolve complex technical issues and ensuring ICT services are continually running reliably in a globally focused Infrastructure team.

This is a critical role with possibilities to add value to our business and to promote a professional service culture across ICT globally. On a day-to-day basis you will be balancing improvement project work and be responsible for providing real time assurance that business applications and infrastructure are working correctly. You'll have the opportunity to make the most of your incident and problem management skills and your eye for improvement to identify gaps and changing needs around capacity and performance.

About the Person

Able to create a clear understanding of impact of ICT on the business and the interdependencies of ICT systems
Excellent proven people skills
Customer service focused
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate Project management skills
Excellent planning and reporting
Commercial Acumen

Technical Skills

5+ years experience in Microsoft technologies in a large business environment – Active Directory, Windows Cluster, Azure, File System, DNS, and DHCP etc.
Experience managing Infrastructure and Data Centres for performance and capacity, particularly in the areas of administration, maintenance and continuous improvement.
Backup & Recovery knowledge – preferably in Veeam Suite.
A security mindset that applies to any of your design and implementation of infrastructure
Bachelor of Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar fields
ITIL, Microsoft or networking certifications would be preferred
