Te mahi/The role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Specialist to join our team, working within our Medical system portfolios.
You'll bring strong technical expertise to troubleshoot, resolve issues, monitor performance, and collaborate with clients.
You'll mentor fellow specialists, stay updated on industry trends, and recommend innovations. Additionally, you'll create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.

Strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work well in a team are essential.

Ideally, you will have considerable experience in a role involving the management and administration of information systems, including:

A passion for delivering great outcomes to our clients across our systems.
A keen ability to solve complex problems and deliver continuous improvement.
You will have a demonstratable information systems generalist skillset.
Proven information system administration skills and the ability to translate requirements into documented and managed change.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to work with stakeholders across the organisation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent, part-time (0.5FTE) position, located in Dunedin. Part-time hours and flexibility in scheduling can be negotiated.
