Shared Services Receivables Specialist

Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Complete bank transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure debt levels are maintained in accordance with policy
- Generating invoices for the group
- Responding to queries from customers and other stakeholders
- Accurate completion of reporting as required
- Being proactive and thinking outside the box
- Actively contribute to our team culture and performance

Do you have what we are looking for?
- 3-5 years experience in a large complex NZ business
- 3-5 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Experience in high volume transactions
- Experience is credit control/debt recovery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good command of the English language
- System savvy - Intermediate Excel a must, previous use of Xero a bonus
- A strong customer service focus
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
