Small Animal Veterinarian

- We are looking for a Small Animal Vet to join our wonderful team of experienced vets, a strong nursing team and dedicated practice manager. Our existing team of vets have nearly 50 years experience between them!
- We encourage career growth and development, developing special interests or being fantastically all rounded general practitioners
- You'll enjoy a good balance of consults and surgeries
- This full-time role offers flexibility between 35-40 hours per week including 1 in 4 Saturdays.
- Our clinic is well equipped complete with ultrasound, x-ray and in-house lab.
- We have a spacious set up including separate dental suite, surgical theatre and prep room. We are also excited to be getting laparoscopic equipment for keyhole surgery in 2025!
- Our Vets Halswell collaborate closely with our wider Our Vets group - with regular meetings and CPD events.
- We are a community focused clinic and enjoy engaging with our local community - we are based in a wonderful growing suburb with great clientele and some lovely local walks/parks close enough for a lunchtime stroll.

- BVSc qualification (or equivalent) and registered, or eligibility to register to practice in New Zealand is required.
- 2+ years of Small Animal Veterinarian experience, comfortable with routine surgery and consultations
