Software Engineer (Java - Backend) - Multiple Roles

Mō te tūranga | About the Role

These roles sit in Digital Engineering, and you will report into one of the People Leaders in that space. We’re looking for people who demonstrate initiative, have strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work autonomously. We aim to ensure the work is challenging and rewarding.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

Minimum of 7 years' experience in Java development.
Proven experience in building microservices.
Skilled in writing clean, well-tested code.
Proficiency in Java or other JVM languages.
Expertise in building and consuming REST APIs.
Prior experience with Spring Boot.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ELK.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Highly self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
Strong work ethic with the ability to excel both independently and in a team setting.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience with Finacle Digital Engagement Hub (DEH) is an advantage.

You will be working in a strong, agile team and need excellent communication and collaboration skills to help deliver high-value solutions for our customers.
