We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a Solution Architect focused on our Finance function.
As a key member of our Digital & Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in architecture and design of solutions required by Mitre 10s Finance function.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Enablement, your key functions will include:
- Demonstrates thought leadership by incorporating leading practices into architecture and design for Solutions and product features – with expertise in the finance function.
- Maintain the Support Solutions Domain roadmap aligned with architecture vision and business strategy / priority
- Designs digital solutions and features in alignment with platform requirements and technology roadmap
- Collaborates with solution architects and SAP functional consultants to design fully integrated solutions
- Proves lean architectural artifacts just-in-time to guide product / development teams
- Injects best-practice approaches into teams (including Build-in Quality and Design Thinking)
- Manages non-functional requirements and compliance
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on SAP Finance modules, processes, and functionalities
- Collaborate with the business analysts, process owners, and subject matter experts to understand the business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions
- Coordinate and communicate with the SAP technical teams, vendors, and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable SAP Finance solutions.
- Proficient in core platform(s) including SAP Finance (SAP S/4, SAP Group Reporting, SAP Cash Management, Supplier Portal, AP/AR etc), SAP Concur
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP Finance modules, such as FI, CO, FM, TR, PS, BPC, etc
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP Finance integration with other SAP modules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex and ambiguous issues
- Strong customer focus and business acumen, with the ability to understand and translate business needs and objectives into solution architecture outcomes
- Proficient in designing and delivering solutions using Dev Ops and agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, etc.
