Strategy Manager, Corporate Strategy

About the role:
As a Strategy Manager, reporting to Head of Strategy you will work across ASB to help in the development of strategies and initiatives which meet our medium and longer-term goals. You will be part of a team responsible for forward looking analysis of our operating environment. The role will require you to use a strong framework for the assessment of strategic opportunities and decision making.
Producing high quality written material including MS Power Point presentations to ASB Executive and Board members will also be your remit.
About you:
You have either a 3+ years of consulting experience, or professional services background, having worked for one of the large consulting firms, otherwise, you have years of in-house strategy experience from within a complex enterprise environment. You will have proven success in strategy development and implementation with a solid understanding of the frameworks and methodologies required to develop effective strategies.
You will love creative problem solving and big picture thinking, and you will be great at articulation of complex situations (written and verbal). You will be a natural facilitator, skilled at drawing out and bringing people together. Project management and working at pace to meet critical deadlines is part of your toolkit.
