Job Description
This role will contribute significantly to Logistics’ culture, engagement, and ways of working. You will play a key part in supporting Logistics Managers and team members to feel informed, connected to the business and proud to work for TWG and associated brands.
Drawing on your toolkit of skills and proven experience your other key objectives will be:
- Ensure that key messages and changes are communicated to the Logistics team. You will drive and foster internal communications for Logistics through a multitude of channels, including but not limited to Workplace, email, team briefings, noticeboards, Vibe screens and Execute.
- Responsible for the accurate and achievable workflow of all tasks and communications into all TWG Logistics sites.
- Coach and support Logistics support teams to best utilise the workflow management system (Execute).
- Responsible for the accurate and achievable workflow of all task and communications into Logistics sites
- Providing highly proactive assistance, administration and office management support that contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Logistics Leadership Team
- Work closely with the wider logistics Network to develop and maintain, processes, training, SOP’s and KPI datasets.
Qualifications
You be self-motived and bring a customer centric view to Logistics as well as a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and plan at a high level. Ideally, you would also bring
- 3-5 years internal comms experience
- 3 years’ experience as an administration professional or personal assistant in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strongly collaborative and proactive in seeking and telling stories
- Resilience and perseverance
- Strong communication skills across a variety of multiple mediums
- Strong Microsoft Office experience and high attention to detail
- Experience drafting, developing and editing a range of presentations, ideally using a range of presentation applications and incorporating information from a variety of sources.
- In-house video filming and editing experience
- Change management knowledge
- Social media experience
- Communications planning and execution experience
- Experience or reasonable exposure to event and project coordination
