Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
SOP Compliance:

• Ensure our departments shine by adhering to internal and external SOP requirements.
  

• Regularly review, update, and audit SOPs to keep them fresh, relevant, and compliant!
  

Administrative Support:

• Bring your organizational skills to the table by assisting in the creation, management, and distribution of key documents.
  
• Collaborate with teams to draft and edit materials that make a difference!
  

Share Point Management:

• Be the mastermind behind our Share Point organization, creating an efficient and user-friendly documentation hub.
  

• Implement best practices for document tagging and retrieval—your expertise will shine here!
  

Repository Maintenance:

• Maintain a centralized repository of SOPs and critical documents, ensuring everyone has access to the latest and greatest.
  

• Regularly back up and archive documents to keep our information secure and organized.
  

Communication Skills:

• Use your stellar communication skills to produce clear, concise SOPs, guides, and manuals.
  

• Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about process changes.
  

Understanding of SOP Processes:

• Dive deep into SOP writing, publishing, and distribution to become a go-to expert.
  

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure SOPs reflect the most accurate and up-to-date practices.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, English, Business Administration) or equivalent experience (4 Years minimum).
  

• Proven experience in technical writing or a related role—bring your portfolio!
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills—your words will inspire clarity and action!
  

• Familiarity with Share Point or other document management systems is a plus.
  

• Attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks with a smile.
  

• A collaborative spirit ready to work across departments.
