- You take ownership of the region’s growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipeline
- Maintaining a high level of customer focused activity, be out on the road serving your key customers as much as possible
- You definitely do not like sitting in an office
- In addition, collaborating closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across region, and industry stakeholders, to build a supporting network
- Furthermore, customer management: Deliver market leading service and support to Elgas’ high value commercial customers in your region
- Maintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your region.

- You have demonstrated sales experience from any industry

- In addition, you possess an excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent personal presentation
- Furthermore, you be able to work independently with minimum supervision with excellent abilities to time manage and prioritize
- A clean and valid driver’s license a must have
