In this role, first impressions are vital, as you will be the welcoming face and voice of our organisation and the first point of contact. Your main responsibilities will be to provide first class reception, and administrative and clerical support to the clinical staff.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly, professional individual who enjoys working in a fast paced and supportive team environment. You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, have a customer service focus, a flexible attitude and sound computer skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, show initiative and work as part of a team is essential.

This is a part time role, working 56 hours a fortnight Monday to Sunday from 0730 to 1530 (0.7FTE), 7 days on 7 days off and will be based at Middlemore Hospital. Previous experience in a health care setting and knowledge of i PM/Pi MS is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Essential:

Previous experience as a Receptionist including telephone experience
Advanced computer skills
Previous clerical experience
Experience in the Health Sector (Preferred)

Dependent on skills and experience the salary is in line with the PSA Clerical and Administrative staff collective agreement.
