Tired of shifts? Say hello to autonomy in nurse-led clinics. We're seeking Registered Nurses to join our community, primary, and secondary care teams.
In this full-time role, you'll deliver healthcare from a Whānau Ora Perspective, spanning across West Auckland. Collaborate with fellow practitioners, engage with whānau, and provide wrap-around support.
Skills we're after:

Registered Nurse with current annual practicing certificate.
2+ years' community experience.
2+ years' referral management experience.
Strong commitment to Te Reo me ngā Tikanga Māori.
Understanding of Whānau Ora outcomes framework.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
