Job Summary:
We seek an organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our Lagos, Nigeria office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, verifying potential clients, welcoming clients, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The Admin Officer will assist in communication, reporting, and coordination within the office and with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Pay: ₦887,534.00 - ₦1,109,417.50 per month
We seek an organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our Lagos, Nigeria office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, verifying potential clients, welcoming clients, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The Admin Officer will assist in communication, reporting, and coordination within the office and with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment
- Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems
- Handle internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and official correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and clients
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Assist the Relationship Manager and team members with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Verify client information, handle verification calls, and ensure potential clients meet initial qualification criteria
- Welcome clients upon arrival, prepare refreshments and ensure the meeting room is ready for appointments
- Support the processing of client documents and assist with compliance procedures
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic accounting tasks
- Ensure adherence to office policies, including confidentiality and security measures
- Act as a liaison between the Nigeria office and the head office to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling documentation
- Knowledge of basic accounting and office management procedures is a plus
- Experience in handling verification calls and client screening is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to make clients feel welcome
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
