To provide animal health and veterinary advisory services for the farm administrators including feed and water checks, avian examination, necropsy, blood and tissue sample collection, water and feed sample collection for enhanced eggs production, reduced losses, improve feed conversion, reduce feed wastage and maximize farm profits

- Monitor bird's health daily including feed water intake, body weights and overall physical examination
- Collect blood and tissue samples when required for lab analyses
- Recommend feed rates, medication and vaccination for the birds
- Carry out variance analysis on actual production performance and shortlist the most likely causes for shortfalls
- Monitor the operating environment for widespread animal health events as bird flu
- Coach and train staff on best practices in animal husbandry biosecurity etc
- Prepare daily and weekly animal health surveillance reports
- Conduct QA/QC on feed received as they arrive at the farm.
- Monitor feed performance on site or with lab analyses and recommend feed with the most value. Propose mixing formula for in-house feeds
