Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage utilities (e.g., electricity, water, gas).
- Coordinate housing for foreign employees.
- Develop and implement safety and security protocols.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in facility management
- Strong understanding of facility maintenance and repair
- Experience managing facilities with foreign employees
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience:
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
