Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Brand Manager to develop and execute strategies for our premium wines and spirits portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, support in building strong relationships with manufacturers and trade partners, and lead marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement brand strategies, aligning with company objectives.
2. Manage brand P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and trade partners.
4. Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and event planning.
5. Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and competitor activity.
6. Collaborate with sales teams to achieve volume and value targets.
7. Develop and execute product training programs.
8. Monitor inventory management and logistics.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or sales in the wine and spirits industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3. Strong understanding of the wines and spirits market.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: (optional)
1. Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certification or equivalent.
2. Experience with distribution logistics.
