Job Title: Business Development Manager
Company: Infytel Communications Limited
Location: Lagos-VI, Nigeria
Onsite, Salary 400k to 550k with upto 500k performance incentives

Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and expand the software solutions market in Nigeria.
2. Sales and Client Acquisition:
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals with a focus on software solution sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored software solutions accordingly.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our software solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our software offerings.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, campaigns, and strategies aligned with market demands.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for management review

Skills
Must be experienced in passionate selling

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in, computer science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in software sales, with at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology/software industry. 7years {5years IT and 2 years in specified skill}
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian software solutions market and its key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
