Job Description
- We are seeking a customer-oriented and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team.
- As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our subscribers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and problems efficiently and effectively
- Process customer orders and subscriptions
- Provide information about products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Patience and empathy
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
