We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Customer Fulfilment Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
- Accurate comprehension, interpretation, and capturing of information, accuracy, and timely response to calls.
- Candidates should possess a HND in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Not more than 27 years
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of customer service telephony and technology.
- Proficient in the usage of Microsoft packages.
- Ability to understand individual differences.
N95,000 monthly (net plus HMO and Pension).
