Position Overview
Astra Prospects is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Cyber Security Tutor to join our team on a contract, part-time basis. As a Cyber Security Tutor, you will provide virtual instruction to aspiring cybersecurity professionals, guiding them through foundational and advanced concepts, hands-on exercises, and industry best practices. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within Nigeria, and offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the careers of our students.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct 3 classes per week, each class lasting 2 hours, through our online platform.
Teach cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices, including but not limited to network security, threat analysis, ethical hacking, and incident response.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to reinforce course materials and ensure comprehension.
Provide personalized guidance, mentorship, and feedback to help students master cybersecurity skills.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, threats, and developments in the cybersecurity field to keep course content relevant and engaging.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in cybersecurity with relevant certifications
Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentorship experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
Proficiency in cybersecurity tools, methodologies, and platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for beginners and advanced learners alike.
A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.

Benefits

Monthly pay of 100,000 - 150,000 Naira.
