We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in increasing sales inquiries organically through strategic content and digital marketing initiatives. Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of our digital marketing efforts across social media, our website, and other online platforms. Your primary focus will be to generate organic leads and increase sales inquiries through strategic content creation, social media management, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive organic traffic and increase sales inquiries.
- Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms, including Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO to boost website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with our content creator and design team to develop engaging blog posts, infographics, videos, and other content.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms.
- Implement lead generation strategies, including the creation of CTAs, landing pages, and lead magnets.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and automate workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts across all channels.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on organic growth and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization techniques.
- Content marketing expertise, including copywriting and content strategy.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media insights.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Hub Spot, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar) for creating visually appealing content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or related areas.
- Experience in B2B lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel management.
