Job Position: Executive Assistant
Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team.
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the hospital’s executive leadership.
- This individual will be responsible for handling sensitive information, managing executive schedules, and coordinating hospital-wide initiatives to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage the daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for hospital executives.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, department heads, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize and facilitate internal meetings, conferences, and other hospital events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist in special projects and tasks as directed by the executive team.
- Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for executives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for board meetings and other high-level hospital events.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory for executive offices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
