JOB ROLE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
• - Provide a bridge for clear communication and maintain credibility, trust, and support between the office of the Managing Director and staff.
• - Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• - Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes.
• - Handle confidential information with discretion.
• - Assist in various ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS

• - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• - Proficient in MS Office suite.
• - Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
• - Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.

• A minimum of 4years of work experience as a, Personal Assistant or similar role
