Job Summary:
We seek an inspiring Executive Director to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and influence. The successful candidate will develop and implement organizational strategy, guiding and empowering our team to develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic, programmatic, financial, and operational leadership
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies
- Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders, governments, donors, and private sector entities
- Recruit, retain, and mentor high-performing leadership teams
- Foster a cohesive organizational culture
- Identify and mitigate organizational risks
- Serve as primary spokesperson
Requirements:
- Master's degree in public health, global health, or international development
- 7+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the non-profit sector
- Proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and team management
- Knowledge of global health issues and international development frameworks
- Strong background in business development and fundraising
