Job Title: Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: ₦400,000 - ₦600,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated F&B Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations in our luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food service, optimizing guest satisfaction, managing budgets, and leading a dynamic team to ensure a seamless and profitable F&B department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
• Monitor food and beverage costs to maintain profit margins, while minimizing waste and ensuring budget compliance.
• Lead and manage F&B staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Develop menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, considering customer preferences and market trends.
• Maintain inventory levels for all F&B supplies, ensuring timely ordering and cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
• Drive revenue through promotional activities, event planning, and optimizing sales in restaurants, bars, and catering services.
• Analyze customer feedback and make improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on F&B operations, including financial performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, including fine dining, banqueting, and bar management.
• Proven experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and F&B management software.
