Job Title:* Front Desk Officer
*Location:* Abuja, Nigeria
*Job Overview:*
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service. You will manage the reception area, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and reception area.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Maintain records of visitors and manage visitor log books.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
*Requirements:*
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
*Preferred:*
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Customer service experience.
*Salary:* 150,000-180,000
