Job Title: Graduate Trainee (Procurement)
Location: Trans- Amadi, Port Harcourt
Business: Oil & Gas Servicing
Category: Entry-Level
Summary:
The Procurement Graduate Trainee will support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services while ensuring compliance with the company’s procurement policies and standards. This role provides an opportunity to learn about procurement processes, vendor relationships, contract management, and supply chain operations.
Duties / Responsibilities:
BSC/HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
0-1 year experience in foreign and domestic procurement in an oil and gas servicing firm
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (desirable but not essential).
Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₦70,000.00 per month

- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Help in preparing and issuing Request for Quotations (RFQs) or Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Support the creation of purchase orders and ensure timely approval and processing
- Assist in analyzing price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonable prices.
- Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedure
- Assist in preparing regular reports on procurement activities, including spending, savings, and supplier performance.
BSC/HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
