Viju Industries Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in HR management, who has a deep understanding of Nigeria Labour Law and can lead our HR department with excellence.

Key Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor`s Degree from a reputable University
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
Strong knowledge of Nigeria Labour Law and HR best practices.
Proven track record in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Candidates residing in Ogun State are highly preferred.
