Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist Intern at Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited. The Human Resources Specialist Intern will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to human resources management. This includes managing HR information systems, administering employee benefits, assisting with training programs and supporting other HR functions as directed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Develop HR policies and maintain HR best practices
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in HR roles
• Certification in Human Resource Management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
