ASA is now looking to recruit a cohort of 2 to 3 Junior Business Analysts, to join their internal Graduate Program. You will receive year-round training in a program that blends on the job training and development with fast-paced consulting work and hands-on mentoring support to nurture you to be your best.
Strong aptitude for research, consulting, SME/ start-up development, technology required and must be able to assist in the development of technology and innovation solutions to unique and difficult problems that can have a major impact on company results.

Joining the consulting team as a Junior Analyst with full responsibilities for dedicated tasks from day one. The nature of our clients’ work varies greatly, and you will be exposed to a variety of industries and different areas of consulting, such as business strategy, operations, organisational design, pricing, marketing strategy, digital and innovation.
As a Trainee Business Analyst, you will be involved in
Bachelor’s /Master's degree. Good Experience-1-2 Years, well structured Internships or part time work desirable. Effective communication, analytical and time management skills needed.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month

Joining the consulting team as a Junior Analyst with full responsibilities for dedicated tasks from day one. The nature of our clients’ work varies greatly, and you will be exposed to a variety of industries and different areas of consulting, such as business strategy, operations, organisational design, pricing, marketing strategy, digital and innovation.
As a Trainee Business Analyst, you will be involved in
- Addressing business problems in an analytical manner with structured decision-making, guided by senior leadership feedback, to deliver implementable strategic recommendations for clients
- Conducting rigorous research and analyses to uncover truly unique insights for clients and translating them into client presentable communication formats.
- Developing research reports, presentations, business documentations and dynamic financial models.
- Take full ownership of conceptualising and designing early solution prototypes (Minimum Viable Products) for internal ideas and external start-up clients.
- Scrutinising strategic client plans and providing feedback and practical recommendations.
- Researching and Developing Content for our thought leadership and business information platforms
- Full proficiency in spoken and written English with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, and Word
- Good use of social media tools and digital channels
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with people at all levels within an organisation.
- Demonstrable ability to perform in a high-pressure situation.
- A motivated, self-starter with an analytical mind and a get-up-and-go attitude
- Confident and driven person, with a strong desire to deliver quality and achieve their goals
- Entrepreneurial and innovation-driven mindset
- Availability to travel internationally
