The Lead Designer and Social Media Strategist will be responsible for managing Epevs Studio’s creative direction while developing and executing strategic social media campaigns. This dual role requires someone with a keen eye for design, a strong grasp of digital marketing, and the ability to lead creative projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- Oversee the creation of all visual content, ensuring alignment with Epevs Studio’s brand identity and client objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and creative direction. Take the lead in all social media projects.
- Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for digital and print media, including websites, marketing materials, advertisements, presentations, and branding assets.
- Manage design project timelines, ensuring that deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
- Oversee the creation of content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across social media platforms.
- Design and create visually compelling social media assets, including graphics, videos, and animations, tailored to platform requirements.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze trends, and use insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers, partners, and communities to amplify the company’s reach and brand presence.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align design and social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends in design and social media to incorporate fresh ideas and technologies into strategies.
- Present creative concepts and social media strategies to stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and diverse creative projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or Sketch.
- Expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
- Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid social media advertising.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and create actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire creative teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
