Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior, needs, and motivations.
- Design Strategy: Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on user insights and business goals.
- UI Design: Create visually appealing user interfaces for digital products, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Interaction Design: Develop intuitive user flows and interactive elements to enhance usability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Feedback Iteration: Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs.
- Design Tools: Use industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, Java Script) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
