Job Purpose
We are looking to hire a passionate and enthusiastic Marketer to perform all marketing and business creation duties.
Duties / Responsibilities
Responsible for marketing and servicing a portfolio of trader loans
Market microloans
Deposit mobilization
Initiate credit requests on behalf of prospective borrowers
Assess client credit worthiness inline with 5cs of credit
Report on loan activities related to past dues, documentation and collateral exceptions, financial performance updates
Responsible for expanding, building and maintaining client relationships, providing the highest level of customer service
Requirements / Skill
· OND/HND in relevant courses
· At least 1 year working experience in similar role in financial institution
· Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
· Strong customer relationship skills
· Strategic vision and business acumen
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Target achiever
