House of the Watchmen is a vibrant ministry dedicated to driving spiritual transformation and manifesting God's power in our communities. As part of a larger collective vision, we aim to address societal challenges through God's guidance, offering hope to the hopeless, uplifting the impoverished, and bringing freedom to those in bondage. Our interdenominational platform focuses on spreading God's love, hope, healing, and practical assistance to many.


Role Overview:


As a Mission Director, you will:

• Undergo a mandatory six-month training to equip you as a "Watchman," empowering you to bring spiritual and practical solutions to your community before beginning the 24-month local residency program.

• Lead and collaborate with our broader sister initiative to support and implement community-centered projects and initiatives.

• Direct and oversee the work of fellow missionaries to deliver kingdom-focused outcomes, providing tangible aid to those in need within your community.

• Drive the spiritual growth and development of the communities you serve, ensuring that God's power is effectively translated into real-life solutions.

• Serve as a key liaison between the House of the Watchmen and local communities, including interdenominational outreach efforts, ensuring that our mission and values are communicated and implemented effectively.

Qualifications:

• 
  Must be a born-again Christian with a strong passion for community service and spiritual development.

• Commitment to a six-month training program before being assigned to missions.

• Willingness to engage in a 24-month residency program.

• Leadership skills with an openness to interdenominational collaboration and inclusive ministry.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A heart for serving the needy and a desire to see God's kingdom manifest in practical ways.

• Competence in additional disciplines and proficiency in digital skills.
