Operations Executive (Beauty & Retail)

We are seeking a detail-oriented retail Operations Executive who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Operations Manager in overseeing the daily business functions, including B2C and B2B operations, procurement, logistics, and stock management. The role will also involve working closely with our brand partners to ensure their needs are met and managing operational technology (such as ERP systems) to ensure seamless processes. The Operations Executive will play a key role in executing operational strategies and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations for both B2C and B2B channels.
- Help ensure consistent service quality across all platforms.
- Aid in sourcing products, tracking orders, and managing supplier relationships.
- Help prevent stockouts and overstocking by tracking inventory levels.
- Assist in scheduling and tracking shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Support in resolving shipment and delivery issues with logistics partners.
- Help manage brand partner communication, product launches, and promotions.
- Assist in analyzing stock movement and generating reports on inventory and sales trends.
- Support ERP system management, ensuring accurate data entry and troubleshooting issues.
- Work with various departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations and provide support to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations and related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, preferably in the beauty industry or related field
- Familiarity with procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data.
13 Month Salary
HMO
Location: Yaba & Lekki, Lagos Nigeria
Work Hours: 8 am- 5 pm, 9 am-6 pm; Mondays- Fridays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦270,000.00 per month
